We are pleased to announce that the Coos Art Museum will be donating the use of their hand-building studio, pottery wheels and kiln firing to potters making bowls for this year's Empty Bowls Fundraiser. Woohoo!! Thanks Coos Art Museum!!!

Announcement: the Coos Art Museum is now offering kiln firing for local artists, with glaze and bisque firings once a month. They also have clay available for purchase. Find their firing schedule and more info on their website:

Introducing: Pay-to-Fire at the Coos Art Museum! Bisque firings will be at the end of each month starting February 28th. Glaze firings will occur on the 15th of each month. Bring your wares in during museum hours Wednesday-Sunday, 11am to 5pm. All fees will go towards opening a community ceramics studio at the Coos Art Museum!

As part of our Rapid Response Mug Sale, the Empty Bowls Potters are raffling off this beautiful wooden bench, hand-made by Duncan Legate.
