Mary definitely gets MVP. She has faithfully opened the gym for us bright & early @ 4:30 for many years! Her initials read M.A. & she has earned her “Ma” place at Coastal Fitness, keeping us all in line! 😁 She’s one hard working woman with a heart of gold. We sure do love you Mary & appreciate all that you’ve done for us & your gym fam!

We’ve had the privilege of having our nephew, Toby as an employee for the last 6 years! We so appreciate you, Toby! You’re dependable, kind hearted, and have always stepped in & saved the day when someone was sick or had an emergency. We could always count on you!
The Coast Guard will be gaining one awesome guy! Excited for you as you soon enter this new chapter of life. You (& your office pranks) will be missed!

Alex has been one of our most faithful employees for several years now. Since day one he has taken great ownership of our small town gym. His respect to us as owners and to our members shows by his big smile, helpful hand and protective instinct. He’s been around for the highs and lows of business and faithfully stood by us. We understand many are asking questions about memberships moving forward…
(still working out details & will let you know asap.)
However, here’s a few answers to some questions:
All long term memberships like the 4 month Holiday Special, 6 mo & 1 year will be transferred & honored @ OutWest Fitness until your expired date.
If you purchased a 7 visit punch card you will need to use it by Feb. 23rd. (We will be closed 24-28th to move all the equipment over to the other building.)
The new owner is still working on pricing & membership options. Again, we will update asap.

*This new space has turf areas for functional training, cross fit style workout areas, 3 more high end squat racks with high quality bars/grips/plates that you’re going to love. Plus triple the square footage with its own cardio area along with a beautiful bayview classroom for continuing morning Pilates class & future classes to come! Also, there’s an area for volleyball, half court basketball, & batting cages!*
