As someone who testified and wrote letters in support of this, I am beyond thrilled that it has come to pass. PA teachers will now be prepared to effectively teach reading to ALL children in PA. Thank you to all who made this a reality!!

I am very excited to share that Linda Wentling has joined Treetop Achievement as an instructor. Linda has years of teaching experience as both a classroom and intervention teacher, her master's degree in reading, and is a couple of weeks away from completing her Orton-Gillingham training, all of this combined with her professionalism and warm upbeat personality make her a great fit for Treetop!

Did you know that 15–20% of the population exhibits symptoms of dyslexia? Many of these students will not qualify for special education, but they are likely to struggle with aspects of learning. The good news is that they can receive appropriate instruction that will allow them to become successful readers. Multi-sensory structured literacy has been shown to meet the needs of not just this population of students, but all students. Learn more about it here.
