Health and wellness matter! 💪🩺
Today, Dr. Pardave visited our 11th–12th grade class to share the importance of taking care of both physical and mental health. Students learned valuable insights about building healthy habits, making wise choices, and prioritizing wellness in the everyday Christian life. We’re thankful for the time and knowledge he shared with our students!
