🍻 Know What You’re Drinking.

Not all drinks are created equal! One can, cup, or bottle can contain more than one standard drink, and drinking too much alcohol can increase the risk of alcohol poisoning, injuries, poor decision-making, blackouts, and other serious health consequences.

Knowing the serving size and ABV (alcohol by volume) can help you understand how much alcohol you’re actually consuming. Being informed is part of staying safe. 💜💛

Count standard drinks—not just containers. Know what you’re drinking, pace yourself, and look out for yourself and others.
