The Prescott Band had a great day yesterday! The pep band sounded great as we welcomed future 5th graders to our campus for Expedition Night! Later that evening both the 6th grade and symphonic percussion ensembles had great performances at the Putnam County Percussion Night at TTU! A big shout out to Mr. Clemons for his great work with the PSMS percussionists!

The 2026 Upper Cumberland Concert Festival was a huge success! Congratulations to all of the amazing students that performed and the band directors for the top notch teaching! We heard some amazing performances over the past two days and some great feedback from Mr. Joel Denton and Mr. David Aydelott! Thank you for sharing you knowledge with us!

Lastly a HUGE shout out to the parents and volunteers that made this event happen. We had some heroes put in some long hours to create this opportunity for our kids. Also, a big thank you to the faculty and admin as PSMS - it is no small endeavor to host 22 guest bands on your campus in 2 days!
