❤️ How Exercise Helps Strengthen Your Heart

Regular physical activity helps your heart become stronger and more efficient at pumping blood around your body.

Exercise can help:
• Improve blood circulation
• Support healthy blood pressure
• Lower your resting heart rate over time
• Improve heart and lung fitness
• Reduce the risk of heart disease
• Help manage stress and body weight

You don’t have to start with intense workouts. Walking, cycling, swimming, dancing, or other moderate activities can all support heart health.

💡 Healthy heart tip: Start gradually and stay consistent.

Follow Pulse-Keepers CPR for more heart health and safety tips. ❤️

Why do chest compressions matter?

When the heart stops pumping effectively, blood is no longer reaching the brain and other vital organs the way it should.

Chest compressions help manually keep blood moving through the body until emergency help arrives.

Good CPR focuses on:
• Pressing in the center of the chest
• Pushing hard and fast
• Allowing the chest to rise fully between compressions
• Keeping interruptions as short as possible

💡 Try it: Practice the hand position and compression movement on a CPR training mannequin so the action feels more familiar in an emergency.

At Pulse-Keepers CPR, we provide hands-on training to help people build confidence in life-saving skills.

Follow us for more CPR, first aid, and safety tips that could help you respond better in an emergency.

❤️ When someone suddenly collapses, every second matters.

If a teen or adult is unresponsive and not breathing normally:

1️⃣ Call your local emergency number immediately.
2️⃣ Start Hands-Only CPR.
3️⃣ Push hard and fast in the center of the chest at about 100–120 compressions per minute.
4️⃣ If an AED is available, use it and follow its instructions.

CPR helps keep blood moving to vital organs while emergency help is on the way.

You don’t have to be fearless in an emergency ,you need to know what action to take.

Be the one who knows CPR. ❤️
