Congratulations to fellow Patriot Player and current senior Spirit Waddell on being the second runner up for at the ESU National Shakespeare Competition finals! She ranked third over 7,000 others! The finals were in NYC, where Spirit got to perform, see shows, and connected with so many amazing artists! CONGRATULATIONS TO SPIRIT! 🎭

This month our troupe members were recognized at Rockdale County School Board of Education board meeting for their performance of The Real Queen of Hearts Ain’t Even Pretty at the GHSA Region 4-AAAAAA One Act Play championship! At the meeting troupe member, Alex Roberts opened the session by performing a monologue from In Them Candles! Congratulations to you all! 🎭🥳

This week our troupe members took a field trip to see the broadway hit Come from Away at City Springs Theatre! This charming and emotionally resonant story brought tears to our eyes. We are truly inspired by this story of community and resilience. Also the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center is beautiful 😍! Shoutout to all the artists a part of this production! 🎭👏🏾
