Not every child gets the chance to see where their food comes from, and we think that’s worth changing!

We’ve loved partnering with our friends at Healthy Flavors Arkansas to bring pop-up farmer’s markets to programs 🤗

Here’s why this matters:

✨ Children who are exposed to locally grown foods in their earliest years are more likely to develop healthy relationships with food that last well beyond the classroom!

✨ It supports Arkansas farmers. Connecting local growers to early childhood programs creates meaningful, lasting relationships between the people producing food and their communities.

✨ When kids encounter something new at school, they bring it home. A child asking a caregiver about a vegetable they tried that day is a small moment with a big ripple effect.

Sometimes the best thing we can do is to walk and let it all out! We can carry so much stress from throughout our days, weeks and months, that our bodies are overdue for relief 😅

In order to pour into those little ones, we have to prioritize ourselves too!
