**Ordering Policy**
*You may order through a private message here on the page or you may call or text me! Text is preferred for sending photos upon finishing your order. Please be sure to provi
de me with you phone number, email, name, as well as a mailing address, if you would like your order shipped. Shipping varies upon sizing of the order and only flat rate and envelope with regular postage is available! :) Auj'rae's is not responsible for issues with delivery if shipping is done well before due date and a tracking number is issued.
- custom or specific orders or designs must be paid for in advance upon ordering. Local customers must pay and pick up within 5 business days of the order being completed. If the order is not claimed and paid for, or arrangements for the order are not made, the item(s) will be listed as quick-sale and sold or auctioned.
-Payment for orders can be made with cash, or paypal.
**There are no refunds on items that are custom ordered, tried on, liked and purchased. Once the item is out of our hands, and the customer has expressed satisfaction with the purchase, the item is no longer sell-able as new, and custom items with names and specific color/design are difficult to resell...
photos are send to insure the item is approved, Please be sure of your sizes when ordering online. We suggest you measure your self, or the child with a simple measuring tape to ensure proper fit. Please be sure to allow 3 weeks for design and delivery rush orders will be a additional $50 to original totals.
-WEAR-- While we uses the best adhesive techniques, the stones will eventually fall off, especially if worn everyday. We suggest the shoes be a statement piece and not play wear as being such causes stones to fall off faster. EFFECTIVE AS OF TODAY, WE WILL NOW REQUIRE A $10 DESIGN FEE WHICH IS *NON REFUNDABLE * WHILE WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE'S BUSINESS, I CAN'T TAKE OUT THE TIME TO MAKE YOUR DESIGNS AND YOU ARE NOT READY TO PURCHASE BUT RATHER "asking" IF I CAN DO THE WORK. I HAVE LOTS OF TECHNIQUES FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS AND WILL ALWAYS TRY TO WORK IN YOUR BUDGET. DUE TO THE TIME PUT IN FOR DESIGNS TO BE CREATED AND TOO MANY DECIDE NOT TO PURCHASE, I CAN NO LONGER DESIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT A PAY PAL DESIGN FEE PAYMENT OF $10 WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE.
