City Camp Kids

As we close the chapter on our After School and Summer Camp Program, our hearts are full of gratitude for every child and family who has been part of this journey. It has been a blessing to serve, teach, and grow together.

We trust God with what’s ahead and thank Him for the memories made along the way. May He bless your families abundantly this Christmas season.

We wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU to everyone who has come through our doors.

After much prayer and careful consideration, we want to share that City Camp Kids will be closing effective December 31, 2025.

This was not an easy decision. Over the past several months, the executive team at Ekklesia has diligently prayed about how the church can continue to effectively meet needs in our community. With the recent changes to after school voucher programs and the construction of several new schools, we have all determined that City Camp is no longer meeting an underserved need in our community.

We are so thankful for every child and family who has been part of City Camp Kids throughout the years. It has been a tremendous joy to watch your children grow through homework time, crafts, games, and most importantly—through learning about God’s Word. The laughter, faith, and friendships shared here have been a true blessing to our ministry.

Our team will continue providing the same level of care and fun through the final day of operation. We are working to compile a list of after-school and faith-based programs that we will make available in the coming weeks as we will be glad to help connect you with community resources.

Thank you for your support, prayers, and for trusting us with your children. City Camp Kids has been more than a program—it has been a family—and we are deeply grateful for the time we’ve shared together.
