If you’re a CCU student and interested in joining our commercial music and jazz ensembles in the Fall, check your email for audition info! If you didn’t receive information from our coordinator (Prof. Emilio Terranova) or your applied lesson instructor, send us a DM and we’ll put you on our mailing list. You can also find a link to audition info in our Linktree bio.
All students, regardless of major, are eligible to participate in our ensembles.

Yet another graduating senior in our Coastal Carolina University Department of Music is saxophonist Jordan Hutcherson!
If you've been to any of our jazz concerts, you've likely seen him in the ensemble. Jordan also plays regularly around the Grand Strand!

The end of the school year wouldn’t be complete without some celebration! 🎉
CCU bass students and faculty celebrated the end of the academic year and Jimmy Risley’s graduation from the Commercial Music and Jazz program. Jimmy will pursue a career as a professional bassist in Nashville, TN, so wish him well in the comments!
Also joining the crew was CCU MCJ bass alumnus and Legends in Concert bassist Elijah Donellan (not pictured).
Special shout-out to bassist and Prof. Stevie Martinez who wasn’t able to join in person because he is currently on tour in the UK with Hank, Pattie & the Current.
