(Parents Assisting With Students)
Volunteers consists of the Parents and Guardians of the Conway High (East Campus) were the 8th and 9th grade students attend. We have 9 Committees (listed below with descriptions) Available for you to assist with.....SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!!!

CJHS Committes Sponsored by P.A.W.S. (with Brief Descriptions)
**Office Helper Committee (needs chair)--These volunteers work in the one of the two offices (North & South) for one hour a day, every other week while the secretary goes to lunch (same office each time).
**Dance Committee--These volunteers plan and put on the Back to School dance.
**Book Fair Committee--These volunteers help setup the Book Fair and ring up sales in the fall and the spring.
**Renaissance Cards Committee--These volunteers distribute rewards to students based on their grades.
**Newsletter Committee--These volunteers help create, write, edit, etc the Parent newsletter. The newsletter is distributed once a quarter (every 9 weeks).
**Teacher Appreciation Committee--These volunteers help with Teacher Appreciation Week (usually in May) and various events throughout the school year to show our appreciation to our teachers for all they do. We will coordinate and contact local businesses who are participating in the events.
**Teacher Dinners Committee--These volunteers help with dinners for the teachers on days of Parent/Teacher Conferences in the Fall and the Spring
**Mom's (and Dad's) In Touch Committee--These volunteers meet one hour per week offsite to PRAY for the school, students, teachers, etc. Time and place TBD by Committee.
**T-Shirt Sales Committee--These volunteers sell T-Shirts at various events: Steak Out, Open House, and various other occasions (i.e. at lunch, etc)…This is how PAWS raises most of the money to support the events as well as purchase items needed for students and teachers.
