Please help us welcome Nicholas “Nick” DeStefano to the Wall College of Business faculty! 🩵👌
Nick earned his master’s degree in organizational management and his bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, with a focus in psychology and business, from Misericordia University. He has also owned a leadership development consulting business since 2016.
His research interests include employee engagement and neurodiversity in the workplace. A fun fact about Nick: He delivered a TEDx talk in 2021!
Nick has been married to his best friend, Megan, for 15 years. They have two sons, Calvin and Cooper, and a wild, entertaining and goofy 1-year-old black lab named Remy. Together, they enjoy visiting the beach and playing all kinds of sports - especially baseball.
Welcome to the Wall College, Nick! We are excited to have you join our community.

Where are they now? 🎓
Meet Erik DeLuca, a 2025 Wall College of Business graduate who studied management and completed a minor in commercial and investment real estate.
Today, Erik lives in Des Moines, Iowa, and works as a Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Analyst with Principal Asset Management, part of Principal Financial Group.
One of the most rewarding parts of the role is making decisions that directly impact client performance. In three words, he describes the career as: Manage. Develop. Perform.
The Wall College helped prepare Erik by providing opportunities to connect with industry leaders and encouraging growth beyond the classroom and outside of their comfort zone. A favorite memory? Traveling to Iceland and London with the Wall Fellows Program at Coastal Carolina University ! ✈️
Advice for current students: “Get the best possible internship opportunities.”
We are proud of all that Erik has accomplished since graduation!
