The mission of the Arkansas Research Center (ARC) is to provide relevant data to improve educational outcomes for students.

The Arkansas Research Center (ARC) was founded in 2009 by a grant from the National Center for Education Statistics to the Arkansas Department of Education through the University of Central Arkansas.
