Tomorrow, at the Juneteenth celebration, we want you to answer the question, "Where is our Board Member Monae?" You can meet Board Member Monae' D. Bessant if you stop by Mother Bessants' Table and purchase one of her amazing dinners. The menu includes Ribs, BBQ chicken, fried rice, baked beans, corn on the cob and a dessert.

All proceeds from the dinner sales benefit The Academy of Hope. Bring the whole family!

Summer break is here but school is just around the corner for the Academy of Hope! If you would like to enroll your student(s) for the new year, join us for our virtual Open House and Enrollment Fair on Thursday, June 25th at 5:30 PM via Zoom.

Meet the school's dynamic duo who help the AOH Eagles soar higher every day - Dr. Eugene Bellamy Jr - our new full-time Executive Director and Principal and Debra Van Nostrand (who wears many hats!). You'll also get to meet AOH board members and find out about what's in store for this great school. Spaces are limited to maintain our goal of small class sizes to optimize learning, so make plans to attend this Open House to learn more and enroll your students on the spot!

Show your AOH pride for 2026-2027! Here's information about the uniform color designations, house system, and school pride tshirts approved for next year's dress code. You may purchase uniforms from any retailer of your choice as long as you adhere to the uniform color and style designations. School spirit and house tshirts can be purchased through the school (youth and adult sizes available). Click the link below to order the house and school spirit tshirts. You may pay via cash app or drop your payment off when you visit the school.

We're already looking forward to having our student houses back from the 2026-2027 school year! To help our parents and students get ready for the new year, here are the guidelines for student apparel. You can find many of these items at popular retailers such as Marshalls, Walmart, Kohl's, JCPenney, or whatever you like to shop! As long as you abide by the color scheme for students, your selections will be acceptable according to our school's dress code.

Additionally, the t-shirts for the student house system will be available for sale through the school. Youth sizes small to large and adult extra small shirts are $15. Adult sizes small to extra large are $20. If you need larger sizes, at $2 for each additional extra size. You will find the order form for the house system t-shirts on our website.
