Palmer Music Company is looking for a part-time Retail Associate to join our team in Conway.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and has an interest in music and musical instruments. Retail experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities include helping customers, answering phones, maintaining the showroom, receiving inventory, and supporting daily store operations.

The school year has a way of filling every square inch of the calendar. Then summer shows up and suddenly there's a little room to breathe.

A little room to try something new and finally start the thing that's been sitting on the "we should do that someday" list.

But here’s the thing… it doesn’t take much time off for things to start slipping. And getting that rhythm back is always harder than it sounds.

But none of that tells you how it feels in your hands. The weight, the response, the moment you play something and go, “ooo… I love this!”
That’s why trying it in person still matters. Come in, play a few of our favorites, and see which one you accidentally spend 20 minutes with!

Spend enough time around a music shop and you start to hear the same questions (in the best way!).
