Know a teen that is interested in babysitting this summer? Do they need some additional training to help build their experience and confidence?

This course teaches youth all about safety, heigine, play, activities, and so much more!! Participants receive a certificate of completion at the end of the 6-hour training, which is reassuring to discuss with potential families. We also address the financial management part of making money, budgeting, and saving!

Get Real!!

We have put nearly 200 students through this simulation this week between Conway and Guy Perkins high schools!

This program, Get Real, Here's the Deal!, is a financial management simulation that puts students through what it is like to have a family, job, and the responsibility of paying all the bills during a typical month. Students had to stay within their budget, make sure their example family's needs were met, and make hard choices on wants vs needs.

Many students commented on how expensive everything was (groceries, insurance, childcare), others mentioned that they didn't realize how it expensive it was to have kids. Students finished the program with a better understanding of real-world bills, budgets, and expectations before they graduate high school!!

We love this program - let us know if you are interested in having this for your group of high schoolers! 5013298344
