We know this weather has been challenging for many, and our hearts are with each of you as you navigate these days. With that in mind, Kids World will open with limited spacing to support families who are in dire need of care.

🕖 Hours of Operation:
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

At the same time, we want to be transparent that many of our staff members are still unable to safely travel to work. Because of this, space will be limited as we balance the needs of our families with the safety and well-being of our team.

The safety of our children, families, and staff will always come first. We are so grateful for your patience, grace, and understanding as we make thoughtful decisions during this time.

✨ Featured Author Spotlight: Nova’s Narrative ✨

At Kids World, we are honored to highlight stories that inspire courage, hope, and resilience—and today’s featured author does exactly that 💛

At just 9 months old, Nova was diagnosed with Stage 4 high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. What followed was a journey filled with unimaginable challenges, strength, and faith. From Arkansas Children’s Hospital to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, Nova bravely endured intensive treatments including chemotherapy, surgeries, radiation, immunotherapy, and even a vaccine clinical trial.

Through it all, Nova fought with a strength far bigger than her tiny body.

Today, she is a cancer-free, joyful, thriving 4-year-old who loves to smile, play, and light up every room she enters 🌈

Inspired by her daughter’s courage, Nova’s mom, Nicolette Stokes, transformed fear and healing into purpose. She became a children’s book author and illustrator, creating Nova’s Narrative—a book series designed to bring hope, adventure, and strength to children facing hard moments.

This beautifully illustrated story uses imagination and colorful characters to remind children that even when life feels scary, they are brave, powerful, and never alone. Every page is rooted in Nova’s real-life journey—a little girl who faced the impossible and came out shining ✨

Today at Kids World, we are proud to celebrate young author Denim Cade Williamson and his mom, Markaita Williamson, creators of the children’s book “D Is for Denim” 💙🦆

D Is for Denim uses positive affirmations, life lessons, and self-love to inspire young readers—reminding children just how powerful their words, thoughts, and confidence can be. Seeing a young author represented in literature is a beautiful reminder that our children can dream big and make a difference at any age 🌟

We love highlighting authors who pour intention, love, and purpose into stories for children. Thank you, Denim and Markaita, for inspiring our Kids World families and showing our scholars what’s possible!

Crystal is a longtime Early Childhood Educator with over 20 years of experience and the heart behind CAM Is The BAM, a family-owned business she runs alongside her two sons. She is also a newly published author of Flip Your Energy and Flip Your Energy: Affirmation Journal for Children, books designed to help children, teens, and adults heal, grow in confidence, and walk boldly in their identity. 🌟
Crystal’s passion for children, education, and empowerment shines through everything she does—and we love that her journey has come full circle, starting right here in early childhood education!
