Conway Cradle Care
Conway Cradle Care is a childcare and outreach program that empowers expectant and parenting adolescents in their pursuit of an advanced education.
Conway Cradle Care (CCC) was established in 1995 to assist teen parents who were forced to drop out of school due to a lack of support for their situation and/or lack of money for childcare. CCC started as a mission of First Presbyterian Church of Conway. CCC has over time become a United Way agency and is supported by local businesses, community organizations, professionals, churches, and individ

At Conway Cradle Care, we know how important it is for families to feel seen, supported, and cared for especially during seasons that can feel overwhelming. That is why opportunities like this mean so much to us. There is something incredibly special about a community coming together to love on parents and babies in such a meaningful way.
We are so thankful to partner with organizations like New Hope Baptist Church that truly care about serving families and giving back to the community. It is such a blessing to work alongside people who are passionate about making sure parents know they are not alone.
We cannot wait to see the impact Saturday’s event has on so many families, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to play a small role in something so meaningful. 💙🩷
This morning, members of our Deacon’s Ministry along with Lady Shears were excited to meet with McKinley of Conway Cradle Care to receive donated strollers, car seats, baby bathtubs, and more for Saturday’s Community Baby Shower starting at 10am at our NLR campus 👶🏽 🩷💙.
It’s always a joy to partner together to serve and give back to our community in a meaningful way. We can’t wait for Saturday!

100% (six) of our senior moms will be graduating this year. Every single one crossed the finish line. 🎓💙
At Cradle Care, we know this accomplishment represents so much more than a diploma. These young women balanced school, parenting, exhaustion, stress, and responsibilities far beyond what most teenagers ever have to carry and still, they refused to give up.
There were hard days. Days filled with fear, uncertainty, tears, and self-doubt. But through every obstacle, they continued showing up for themselves and for their children. Their babies got to watch their moms fight for a better future, and that is something incredibly powerful.
We hope our moms truly understand how proud they should be. Not just because they graduated, but because they kept going when life would have been easier to walk away from. They chose perseverance. They chose hope. They chose their future.
To our graduates: your story does not end here. This is only the beginning. Your children will grow up seeing strength, resilience, and unconditional love because they saw it in you first.
We are endlessly proud of each of our graduates at Conway Cradle Care. 💕

We are so grateful to share that Conway Cradle Care has been awarded a $2,500 grant from the Arkansas Community Foundation Faulkner County. This funding comes at such a critical time for our program. As many of our teen parents continue to face delays in receiving childcare vouchers, this support helps ensure we can continue providing safe, high-quality childcare for their children and allowing them to stay in school, pursue their education, and work toward a stable future.
Because of this grant, we can continue meeting urgent needs for our families, removing barriers, and walking alongside young parents as they build brighter futures for themselves and their children.
Thank you to the Arkansas Community Foundation for believing in our mission and investing in the lives of teen parents and their babies right here in our community. Your support truly makes a difference. 💛

Today was one of those days that stays with you. 🤍
🩷We were honored to welcome University of Central Arkansas - Occupational Therapy and University of Central Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology from University of Central Arkansasinto our center to complete Ages & Stages developmental screenings for our children. For many of our families, this is the first time their child’s development has been looked at so intentionally and so compassionately.
These screenings aren’t just checklists—they’re reassurance, early answers, and sometimes the very first step toward support that can change a child’s future. Early intervention can mean stronger communication, better motor skills, and more confidence for both children and parents.
💓We are incredibly grateful to the UCA OT &
Speech team for showing up with kindness, patience, and genuine care for our kiddos. This kind of collaboration is a game-changer for our families. Early screening leads to early intervention, stronger outcomes, and more confidence for parents navigating those first years.

🌟This year reminded us of something powerful: when a community shows up, lives truly change.
🩷To every donor who gave, whether through a one-time gift, monthly support, church partnership, business contribution, fundraiser, or in-kind donation, thank you. Your generosity stepped in where systems fell short. At a time when childcare funding is shrinking and teen parents are being waitlisted, turned away, or told to “figure it out,” you made sure our families were not left behind.
💓Because of you, teen parents were able to stay in school, attend college classes, work, and receive care for their children in a safe, nurturing environment. You helped provide meals, diapers, transportation, developmental support, and stability, but even more than that, you protected access, dignity, and opportunity for families who are too often overlooked.
⭐️The need is growing. The barriers are real. And the work is urgent. But your support proved that when the community refuses to look away, lives change. Your generosity became advocacy in action and a reminder to our families that they matter and their futures matter.
💖From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing to show up when it mattered most.
We will continue to fight for our families, speak up for accessible childcare, and stand in the gap—BECAUSE OF YOU!

🌟Today we celebrated not just Christmas, but resilience, love, and community.
🌟Our families and their babies came together to share food, open gifts, laugh, and simply enjoy being a family. These moments are powerful.
🎄For many of our families, the holidays can feel overwhelming with balancing school, parenting, finances, and so many unknowns. Today, because of the incredible generosity of UAMS nurses, that weight was lifted. Our families were not only provided with gifts and a meal, but with something just as powerful: the reminder that they are seen, valued, and not alone. These moments of support help restore hope, dignity, and joy, and they allow our parents to focus on what matters most, being present with their children. We are deeply grateful to UAMS for showing up with compassion and for standing alongside our families during this season.
