Our Goblins Grappling program is starting soon! Kids love the sessions and beg to come back! Every session is focused on more than grappling! We have made a few changes to the schedule. First, we are starting our 9-13 year old program. It’s a lot of fun and focuses on long-term development of physical literacy and jiu jitsu.

We have also made some distinctions between the practices for our adults. The foundations program is designed with the assumption that the student knows nothing about grappling. The advanced program is for the student that is really striving to develop their skill. The all-levels program sits between. Brand new people will feel at home and experienced grapplers will still feel challenged. Regardless of the label, every practice is individualized to the student in the room. If you want to learn to grapple, there is no place that will give more attention to your development or put more care into the practice designs. Come see us for a free month trial.
