Joseph School Endowment and Charitable Trust is a private, secular, non-profit fund established to provide financial aid and support to St. Since 1976, its primary purpose has been to provide a permanent, supplemental income for the school.

We have a couple of designated funds dedicated specifically to the needs of K-6 classrooms. The elementary school serves grades K-3 and the middle school serves grades 4-6. (Soon to become ONE school in the next few years)

Craig Yrle, St. Joseph Class of 2013

Craig graduated from SJS in 2013 going on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas🐷in 2017. He spent a year as a production engineer helping manufacture wind turbine blades before becoming a design engineer at Arkansas Nuclear One. Craig spent six years in engineering, serving as both engineer and engineering supervisor, before recently moving to the Operations Department to become a Senior Reactor Operator. He is currently studying to receive his license to operate in the control room.

Craig married Hannah, '13, his high school sweetheart. 💕She is a first grade teacher at SJS. His mother, Alicia Yrle, serves as SJHS English teacher & his mother-in-law, Shannon Chamoun, is our former K-6 Art teacher. 👩‍🏫 As you can tell, St. Joseph School is near and dear to this entire family.

Craig & Hannah have four beautiful children: Isaiah, a first grader at SJ; Finn, Pre-K4 at SJ, Jack, Pre-K3 at SJ, and baby Caroline. Craig enjoys spending spending time with his family & friends, watching sports, and supporting the school community by helping his wife set up her classroom and volunteering with the🐾 Bulldog Dads. He is also a member of the SJ Bazaar Central Committee.💛💜💛

🚌TRANSPORTATION FUNDS🚌
SJSE has two funds that pertain to transportation. Bus maintenance, fuel, insurance expenses....the costs rise every year. That is why our donors created these funds:

🚍The Harrell & Vivian Bates Endowed Transportation Fund
🚍The Bob & Barbara Nabholz Endowed Maintenance Fund- 📣FUN FACT: This fund has 2 purposes- to serve maintenance needs of the After School Care facility & of the transportation/buses of the school.

The buses benefit so many students- sports, field trips, transport to and from weekly mass, and the list goes on!

Today marks my 75th day as your Executive Director! I wanted to say THANK YOU to all the SJSE donors & friends. I have felt your support, encouragement, and prayers. Thank you for welcoming me into this position so wholeheartedly!

School will be starting on Monday. We want the 2026-2027 school year to be the best yet! Join me in prayer for our St. Joseph staff, students, and teachers. We know every good and perfect gift comes from the Lord. Let this year be full of success, abundance, and good work pleasing to Him.

As we mark our 50th anniversary this month, I'd also like to ask you to put our Annual Donor Appreciation Banquet on your calendar for Wednesday, October 7th at 6:00pm. We'd love to see you there to help us celebrate this momentous occasion.
