🏆 Game Of the Week - Fitpong!🤾
The rules are almost exactly the same as beer pong, with one big difference🃏
Instead of beer, each cup has a different exercise inside it. When the other team sinks your cup, instead of drinking it, your whole team does the exercise!🤪
If you miss your shot, you have to do one of the penalty exercises on the board - 5 prisoner squats, 10 jumping jacks, 5 frog hops etc.
We had a lot of fun and let me tell ya, I’m pretty tired!😪 Send me a message to get your own game pass!🎯😁

We did our first “Game Gantlet” today and it was SO fun!😁
Big thanks to the clients who showed up to test it out. Giant Jenga was flawless, but Fit-tionary needs some fine-tuning 😆 We were all pretty wiped by the end, we were too busy laughing to notice we were doing a full-body grind for little over an hour!💪🏼
We’re doing this every Saturday at noon!🕛
Next week is Fit Pong (beer pong with burn instead of beer), and we’re expecting a bigger crew. We might even breakout Burno😈🃏

I Recently started working with a 60 year old client who taught aerobics for 20 years, starting the year I was born👶🏻💃 She’s vibrant, sharp, and so much fun to work with! It’s a powerful reminder of what this work is really about: longevity, joy, and persistent positivity 💪✨😃
