These two beautiful ladies are rocking a couple of my original Juneteenth designs from when Perfect Prints by Shay first began 4 years ago. Seeing these shirts still being worn and loved means so much!

Just like these designs have stood the test of time, so has the strength, resilience, and legacy passed down from our ancestors. Today, we celebrate freedom, honor our history, and look toward the future with hope.

Yesterday I had the privilege of witnessing this beauty successfully defend her dissertation, and she did an amazing job! What an incredible accomplishment and a true testament to her hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

I’m honored that I was able to play a small part in her special day by creating her celebratory tee. Seeing my work be a part of such a major milestone is always rewarding!

Last year, I had the honor of creating these memorial tees in celebration of Brodie’s 30th birthday. My heart is with his mom, Latoya, as she continues to carry his memory and love with her every day.

Latoya, please know that so many people are thinking of you and praying for your strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time. A mother’s love never fades, and neither do the memories shared.

Today marks 4 years since I hit that “post” button and shared my very first shirt with the public. I had no idea where that one post would lead, but I’m so grateful I took the chance.

Over the last four years, Perfect Prints by Shay has been built with a lot of hard work, late nights, patience, learning, growing, and more faith than I can put into words. There have been lessons learned, mistakes made, challenges overcome, and countless moments that reminded me why I started.

What began as a creative outlet has grown into something I am incredibly proud of. Every order, share, recommendation, and word of encouragement has helped make this journey possible.
