Senior Spotlight: Claire Dalton! This is her first year in Inflight. When asked her favorite part of the club, Dalton stated, “ Being able to make close friends and all of us being able to create the yearbook for all of the students in the school while still being able to do something that we love to whether that be writing or photography.” Dalton tells others to join because, “It’s a great way to be able to make new friends and connections while also testing your creativity skills and have the feeling of being able to be involved more with school events/activities.” Good luck, Claire, we will miss you!

Senior spotlight: Kitty Curtis! This is her first year as part of Inflight. When asked what her favorite part is, “being able to be as creative as possible and enhancing my writing skills at the same time. As well as creating new memories with the friends I created in the classroom,” Curtis stated. Her reasoning as to why someone should join is “you’re able to capture important moments throughout the year with friends you made along the way.”. Senior Spotlight: Elizabeth Gillett!! She’s been in the Inflight for three years. Her favorite book she helped create was the 2022-2023 book “Looking Beyond, Moving Forward.” “I get to make new friends with all types of people and also get to have constant behind-the-scenes looks into how different things in our school are achieved, from the spring musical to a football game,” said Gillett. “It's fun and I really enjoy [yearbook]. It's a way to put yourself out there and get to know others.” We love you and wish you the best of luck!

As this is the last month of high school for the seniors, the Inflight staff wants to highlight each of our seniors, starting with the editor in chief, Belle Malott. She has been in Inflight since her sophomore year. Her favorite part is being able to have creative freedom with the designs and seeing everything come together. Her favorite book she’s helped design was “Wear Your Golden Crown.” “If they have a passion for not only journalism, but also design, communications, and photography. It's such a diverse class that offers a wide variety of opportunities," Malott said about why students should join. Best of luck Belle! We all love you ❤️
