GREAT NEWS FOR OUR FAMILIES! FREE MEALS FOR THE 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR!

All meals will be 100% FREE for our students this upcoming school year!

Here is what meal service will look like at each of our buildings:
• Riverside & Eastside Elementary: Free Breakfast & Free Lunch
• Constantine Middle & High School: Free Breakfast, Free Lunch, & Free Dinner

We still need your help: Please Fill Out the Education Benefits Form!
Even though meals are free for all students, completing the Education Benefits Form is still vital for our district.

Why is this form so important?
It directly determines the amount of State and Federal funding our schools receive for crucial programs like Title I-A, At-Risk (31a), Title II-A, and E-Rate technology discounts. Every single form submitted helps ensure our students get the resources they deserve!

How to complete it:

💻 Online: Visit https://constantine.familyportal.cloud/ and click "Apply for Benefits." It only takes a few minutes, and you can include all students in your household on one single form!

📄 Paper Form: Prefer paper? You can pick up a physical copy at our Open Houses next week!
