You know the difference between a tough day and a really tough day. You know the little things that bring a smile, the routines that bring comfort, and the accomplishments that deserve a much bigger celebration than anyone else might understand.
Most importantly, you know your child.

That knowledge matters when decisions are being made about their behavioral and educational support. Parents should feel comfortable asking questions about who is working with their child, what experience they bring, how they are supervised, and how the services being provided support their child’s individual needs.

We also, come to you. Sometimes the best place for progress is the place your child already feels at home.

At GAMUT, we believe families deserve to be informed, involved, and heard throughout the process. Contact us: https://bit.ly/4787QiU

The more we learn about autism, the more we understand just how complex and individual it truly is.

New research highlighted by Autism Speaks is offering another piece of that puzzle. Researchers studying genomic data from more than 17,000 people identified changes involving a non-coding gene that may be associated with certain traits related to autism, including differences in social and repetitive behaviors.

While this research does not point to a single cause of autism, discoveries like these can deepen our understanding of its complex biology and potentially help shape how autistic individuals are supported in the future.

At GAMUT, we believe staying informed about evolving autism research is an important part of continuing the conversation around understanding, advocacy, and individualized support.

Behind every referral is an individual with unique needs, a family looking for answers, and an opportunity to make a meaningful connection to care.

GAMUT works alongside care coordinators, case managers, insurance plans, and families to help individuals with autism access ABA services delivered with clinical expertise and a personalized approach.

Because a referral is more than the next step in a process. It’s an opportunity to connect someone with support that can make a difference. Contact us: https://bit.ly/3TAAzKb

Communication is more than words. It’s how we express our needs, make choices, connect with others, and advocate for ourselves.
For children with autism, building functional communication skills can have an impact that reaches far beyond a therapy session. When caregivers are given evidence-based strategies and the tools to reinforce those skills in everyday life, they can become an important part of helping their child communicate more effectively and independently.

This article from Autism Spectrum News explores how caregiver involvement and evidence-based interventions can help individuals with autism develop communication tools that support them now and into the future.

At GAMUT, we believe meaningful support includes empowering families along the way.

The statistic that 1 in 31 children is identified with autism gets your attention, but it’s the individual behind that number who truly matters.

Every person has their own personality, favorite things, challenges, accomplishments, and moments of growth. A new skill or breakthrough that may seem small to someone else can mean everything to the individual who worked toward it and the family who supported them along the way.

At GAMUT, we provide individualized ABA services that focus on the whole person, not simply their diagnosis. We work alongside families, care coordinators, case managers, and insurance partners to help create meaningful connections to care and provide the support individuals need to continue growing and reaching their goals. No clinic required. We provide support in familiar, everyday environments.

Because behind every statistic is a person with their own story, and that story deserves our full attention. Contact us: https://gamutbehavioralservices.com/contact/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Promo&utm_campaign=92126-ABA+services
