Learning lately at AIM as we are about a month in to the 2026-2027 school year!

From team-building adventures and nature walks to hands-on STEAM activities, robotics, and classroom reading, our fearless learners have been busy across Lower, Middle, and Upper School! 💙💛

Today, October 6 is National Coaches Day! We are recognizing the hard work, dedication, and commitment to our students of all our coaches from Fall, to Winter, to Spring.

Each season, these coaches make sacrifices from their personal lives to be there for our students. They go above and beyond for our kids in so many ways. They stay late to ensure safe pick ups, make individualized plans for player growth, and encourage confidence on and off their playing grounds, each and everyday.

We are truly grateful for every single one of our coaches and staff members who help make our seasons each year possible. Happy National Coaches Day! ! 🐺🏅👏 (via: )

Financial assistance helps make an AIM education possible for families. Today, 29% of AIM students receive financial assistance, representing more than $2.6 million in support.

As Laszlo Stehle-Smith ’26 shared, “I can only hope that this remarkable support and devotion that we have received here is something that is widely acceptable… We can work to make this education affordable for everyone.”

Have questions about how your kindergartener or first grader is progressing?

AIM Academy is opening a limited number of appointments for a new FREE Early Learning Screening Pilot for families in the broader community.

During a one-hour session, members of AIM’s Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy team will explore early literacy, language, academic, and fine/visual motor development.

Families will receive a written report within approximately one week highlighting strengths and recommendations for possible next steps.

This is a screening, not a diagnostic evaluation. Click the link in our story/highlights for more information and to register.

A great Saturday at Bryn Mawr Day! 💙💛

We loved meeting families, connecting with the community, and even having an AIM alum and current students join us throughout the day!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello, take part in our hands-on activities, and support our bike collection benefiting Girls in Gear.

Happening today! Come by and say hi! Also bring gently used children’s bikes to donate to Girls in Gear.

AIM is excited to return to Bryn Mawr Day this Saturday, September, 19, with hands-on activities and a chance to give back.

From 12–2 p.m., we’ll be collecting gently used children’s bikes for Girls in Gear, building on the work happening in our hands-on biking program.

Stop by to meet Mr. Jeff Fetterman, Mountain Biking Coach and US Cycling Program Coordinator, create an arts-based Interactive Humanities project to take home, and learn more about AIM!

This morning at our first Lower School assembly, we introduced two new awards! Congratulations to Sebastian S. (5th), our first Community Builder Award recipient, and Tallulah C. (4th), our first Friend of Facilities Award recipient!

The Community Builder Award is a monthly recognition given to a student who goes above and beyond to make our school community a welcoming, caring, and inclusive place. Community Builders show kindness and respect, include others, lend a helping hand, and look for ways to make a positive difference. Through their words and actions, they help everyone feel valued and that they belong.

The Friend of Facilities Award is a monthly recognition given to a student who goes above and beyond to care for our school’s physical environment. Friends of Facilities take pride in keeping classrooms, hallways, common areas, and outdoor spaces clean, organized, and well cared for. They notice when something needs attention, take initiative to help, and encourage others to treat our shared spaces with care and respect.
