This 1st grader from Mrs. Lipscomb’s class had surgery yesterday he broke his arm last year and they found 2 bone cyst so they went in and drilled out the bone and filled it in with synthetic bone graph he is the strongest happiest kid I know so if you see him please give him a high five on his RIGHT side and he will be skipping PE and recess for a few months but he will be back in action soon

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension program with Better Living for Texans has partnered with San Jacinto Elementary to bring a garden to our campus. SJE is looking to make the garden area into an oasis area for our Sun's to learn about gardening and healthy food options. 🌿👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

How can you help? Well glad you asked, you can help with setting up the garden beds and spending some time in the garden volunteering to help maintain the garden and also monitoring the area.

What date works best for you to help with setting up garden beds:
November 7th 10:00-12:00
November 14th 10:00-12:00

Today is the last day of the Candy Drive and we've received so many donations that we've decided to give the ENTIRE SCHOOL a popsicle party🎉!!!! Thank you parents for letting your students feed the candy monsters! Trunk or Treat and Monster Math Night is going to be a candy filled evening so get ready to have some fun on October 20th! 🎃👻🍭🍫
