As shared in our previous message, we are thrilled to kick off our Bozman Word Battles on January 10! This exciting event is all about celebrating character, teamwork, and academic excellence.

Here’s how it works:

Each Thursday, we’ll select eight students from each lunch period who have demonstrated exceptional character throughout the week.

These students will get the chance to play in the game room AND participate in Word Battles, where they’ll showcase their academic vocabulary knowledge.

The top two students from each group will advance to Bozman MARCH MADNESS in the spring! During this epic event, grade levels will battle the week before spring break to crown the ultimate Word Battle Champion and award the grand prize.

We encourage you to practice with your Broncos during the break! They received their word packets on Friday before the holiday break to help them prepare. You can also check out the link below for additional resources.

As we wrap up an incredible semester, we are so proud of the hard work and dedication our amazing teachers have poured into growing our Broncos! To show our appreciation, we’re sending them into the holiday break with new staff shirts and cozy socks to keep them warm. 🧦👕

As the holiday season approaches, we want to take a moment to wish each of you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a joyful New Year! This is a time for reflection, gratitude, and celebration, and we have so much to be proud of as a Bozman community. The dedication and partnership between our staff and families have been instrumental in creating a safe, nurturing environment for all.

Looking back on the fall semester, we are amazed by the strength, growth, and accomplishments of our students and staff. From the exciting success of our Academic night to the steadfast commitment our teachers have shown in mastering the commitments we made to our Broncos, our school continues to shine as a place where growth, learning, and connection thrive. Our Bozman Broncos have tackled challenges, supported one another, and demonstrated the true spirit of community every day.

As we prepare for the new year, we’re excited to announce "Word Battles," an engaging competition where students will showcase their academic vocabulary skills across subjects. This challenge will begin on January 10, 2025, and more details will be shared in an email coming your way this Monday. We can’t wait to see our students dive into this challenge with their usual Bronco determination and creativity!

Being a part of your children’s lives and leading such an extraordinary school is a privilege that I never take for granted. Watching them learn, grow, and become leaders in their own right is the most rewarding experience I could ask for. I am truly blessed to walk this journey with them, with you, and with our incredible team of educators. Bozman is not just a school; it’s a family, and together we make it the remarkable place it is.

May your holidays be filled with love, laughter, and moments that remind you of what truly matters. Thank you for your unwavering support and for trusting us with your most precious gift—your children.

🍕 Tonight, December 17: Join us for Spirit Night at MOD Pizza (336 South location)! Take a night off from cooking, enjoy some delicious pizza, and support Bozman! 🙌 Just show the flyer on your phone at checkout, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit our school.

🍪 December 19: We’re sending our incredible teachers and staff off on break with a little extra sweetness!

🎁 We need your help to stock the Sugar Factory! Please send in homemade or store-bought treats like cookies, brownies, cupcakes, or candy tomorrow or Thursday morning for our staff to enjoy during Thursday’s lunch.

🎟 Short on time? You can send a monetary donation labeled Sugar Factory, and we’ll do the shopping for you!

🛌 December 20: It’s so nice, we’re doing it twice! To close out the fall semester, students can wear their pajamas on Friday! Let’s make it a fun and cozy day for our Broncos.

🏆 Battle of 336 Champions! 🏆

Bozman Intermediate is proud to announce that WE are the Battle of 336 Champions for the 2024-2025 school year!

In an intense showdown with Cryar Intermediate, our Broncos fought hard, and the game came down to an incredible goal-line stop with just two seconds left on the clock. The final score? 42-36, Broncos on top!

A huge thank you to Stockton Junior High, Conroe ISD and Peet Jr High School for lending us jerseys and showing up on the sidelines with their amazing coaches, cheering on both the Broncos and the Cats. Your support truly brought our community together!

The best part of the night? Both schools teamed up to raise canned goods for the Montgomery County Food Bank during a time of year when their resources are critically low. Together, we made a difference beyond the field.

Thank you to everyone who cheered us on, donated, and made this event unforgettable. We are thrilled to bring the Dr. Bethany K. Medford Trophy back home to Bozman!

What an unforgettable evening! Our 5th and 6th grade orchestra students truly impressed us all during their winter concert tonight. Their hard work, dedication, and musical talent were on full display, and we couldn’t be prouder of the beautiful performance they delivered. Seeing so many of you in the audience supporting and celebrating your children made the evening even more special.

A huge thank you to Dr. Todd and the incredible staff at Stockton Junior High, Conroe ISD for graciously hosting us in their auditorium. Your generosity provided our students with the perfect space to shine.

We are so grateful to our Bozman community for your ongoing support of the arts and our Broncos. It’s moments like these that remind us how much our students can achieve with encouragement and care.

Dear Bronco Families,

As we wrap up the semester, we wanted to share some exciting details about our upcoming class holiday parties! On Friday, December 20th, students will have an early release day (12:53p), and their class holiday parties will take place from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.

For the safety and security of our classrooms, parents will not be able to attend the parties. However, we know our students will have a wonderful time celebrating with their classmates! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please note the following:

All snacks and food items for the day must be store-bought and individually wrapped.

Home-baked goods are not permitted.

If your child has any allergies, feel free to contact their LC teachers for clarification or restrictions.

Thank you for helping us keep the celebrations safe, inclusive, and fun for everyone!

As I reflect on the last few months, I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such supportive families, dedicated staff, and, most importantly, our amazing Broncos. Together, we’ve made strides in helping our students grow, and your encouragement means so much to us.

Our Broncos are showing up, stepping up, and earning their way to the game room! Here’s how it works:

🌟 Every day during lunches, students who meet cafeteria expectations earn Bronco Bucks.

🗳️ Students can drop their Bronco Bucks into their lunch box for a daily drawing.

🎉 Each Thursday, we select 8 outstanding Broncos to join Roland’s Top 8 for game room fun on Friday!

But wait—there’s more!

🏆 All students selected for Roland’s Top 8 are entered into a special grand prize drawing happening the Friday before spring break!

Encourage your Broncos to be Cafeteria Champs and earn their shot at the game room and top prizes. Let’s keep doing the right things the right way!
