Happy National Health Center Week!🎉

Today we are focusing on Health Conditions. Did you know, community health centers help Texans prevent, manage, and treat a wide range of health conditions. From screenings and vaccinations to diabetes management, heart health and behavioral health services, health centers provide care patients can count on.

❓So, what can you do? During this week, our Don't Miss the Bus Well-Child Visits & Vaccinations appointments are available.

Also, there has been an outbreak of measles in Montgomery County. Four cases were confirmed in unvaccinated residents of Montgomery County following exposure to a person with measles who traveled to Texas from another state.

At Lone Star Family Health Center, we are committed to helping our community live healthier lives. We assure you vaccines are safe and your best defense against a host of diseases. 💉

Call us at 936-539-4004 or log on to your patient portal to schedule an appointment.
