On June 11, Archbishop Joe S. Vásquez and Auxiliary Bishop Italo Dell’Oro, CRS, will join other U.S. bishops in consecrating the U.S. to the Sacred Heart of Jesus as part of a national celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence during a gathering in Orlando, Florida.

Happy 3rd Priestly Anniversary, Fr. Matthew!

Today we give thanks to God for the gift of Fr. Matthew and for the past three years of faithful priestly ministry. Through his service, dedication, and love for Christ and His Church, he has touched the lives of so many in our parish community. May the Lord continue to strengthen him, guide him with wisdom, and fill him with joy as he continues the mission God has entrusted to him.
Please pray that the Holy Spirit will bless Fr. Matthew with many more years of faithful service as he continues to do what the Lord has called him to do.

Smart Families is hosting a special online presentation of the popular Parent Neuroscience Talk with Dr. Crystal Collier. This presentation is specifically for families with teens! With two sessions on March 31st, this is the perfect opportunity for those who missed the in-person event, or for those whose children have grown since they last saw Dr. Collier.

In this important session, Crystal Collier, PhD—therapist, prevention researcher, and 2019 Counselor of the Year (Houston Association of Counselors)—will guide parents through the impact of technology on the developing teen brain and offer practical strategies for support.

This talk, which is especially relevant for parents of rising 8th graders and high school students, will occur at both 9am and 7pm.
