As we welcome the new Principal to Lagway Elementary, we wanted to take one final opportunity to recognize and celebrate the incredible career of Kameron Wilder as she begins her well-deserved retirement.

Mrs. Wilder's endless dedication, countless hours of service, and unwavering passion for children have left behind a remarkable legacy that will continue to impact our school community for years to come. Her footprint can be found in the lives of every student, staff member, and family who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.

She was so much more than a principal. She has been an amazing mother, educator, leader, mentor, and friend. Through her kindness, faith, wisdom, and servant heart, she has inspired countless individuals and helped shape the future of Willis ISD.

Thank you, Mrs. Wilder, for all that you sacrificed and poured into the students and families of Willis ISD. Your influence reaches far beyond the walls of our school, and your legacy will live on through the lives you touched.

You will be truly missed, but we wish you nothing but happiness, joy, and many blessings in this next chapter. Congratulations on your retirement!💜🐾

What a wonderful way to celebrate the end of an amazing elementary journey! 🛼Our fifth graders had an absolute blast at the skating rink for their end-of-the-year party.

From skating and dancing to laughter with friends, it was a fun-filled day full of memories they will never forget. We are so proud of this incredible group of students and can’t wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish in middle school! 💜

What a FUN way to celebrate our students!

Our admin team and staff members took on the inflatable race as a special reward for students working so hard during the Color Run fundraiser and meeting their goals!

The laughs, cheering, and excitement made for such a memorable experience for everyone involved.

We are so proud of our students for their hard work and determination. We loved getting to celebrate alongside them in such a fun way!
