Whether you're thinking about re-enrolling in 4-H or wondering if you should join, let us remind you what 4-H has to offer!

✈️ Travel & Explore: 4-H gives pre-teens and teens opportunities to travel across Montana, the United States, and even the world through programs like Montana 4-H Congress, 4-H Ignite, Citizenship Washington Focus, international programs, and more! These experiences are incredible ways to make new friends, build new skills, experience different cultures, explore careers, and discover what's possible.

🎤 Become a Leader: Build confidence and leadership skills through projects, volunteer opportunities, leadership programs, and events.

📸 Find Your Interests: 4-H is about WAY more than just animals. Explore projects like livestock, photography, shooting sports, baking, public speaking, STEM, welding, and so much more. Find something new or take an interest you already have even further.

Cloverbuds is where the tiniest 4‑H’ers dive into big adventures;learning through play, trying hands‑on activities, and proudly showing off their creations. It’s a colorful, confidence‑building space where ages 5–7 get to explore new interests, make friends, and discover what they can do when they jump in with curiosity and joy. Every meeting is a chance to grow, laugh, and start their 4‑H journey with excitement that carries them forward.

This course, Physical Activity for Your Health, is for anyone that is interested in the connection between physical activity and health and/or anyone who would like to explore their habits around physical activity, set goals and develop their own physical activity plan. This course is for all ages and abilities.

The class is online and self-paced
It includes 5 modules
It should take someone about 5 hours per module - they can go at their own speed, etc
Cost is $10 (though this will go up after the 1st 100 registrants)

Small changes in movement can lead to big changes in health and well-being. This self-paced, online course will help you discover the benefits of movement, explore realistic ways to get active, and create a personalized plan that fits your life.
