Recently at CASH, we hosted our current 8th graders to share the types of things they “get to do” at CASH for the next 4 years. Students met our 9th grade teachers and learned about the elective courses at CASH. This welcome event was hosted by our Link Crew, who also run 9th grade orientation over the summer. Our Link Crew students made posters to share with the 8th graders about all the fun things they were able to get to do during high school. These posters now hang in the hallways at CAMS for our middle school students to continue to learn more about the great things in store for them at CASH!

The Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) started a new initiative this year to celebrate schools that are doing great things. The Great Pennsylvania Schools (GPS) designation recognizes Pennsylvania public schools that provide students with access to rigorous academic programming, are community-centric, demonstrate financial well-being and display resilience and mental health supports for students. The Conneaut School District was recently designated as a Great Pennsylvania School!

CVMS 7th and 8th students had a Co****le Tournament. It was a great day to enjoy each other!

We had a great time here at CASH today with our Class President, Valedictorian, and Salutatorian, practicing their speeches for tonight! The gymnasium looks great and we have enough seating in the gym to account for all of the tickets that were distributed to our graduates this week. Special thanks to Mr. Greg Peters, who was still able to make the student photo slide show be a part of tonight’s ceremony! We have several big screen TVs throughout the gym featuring our graduate photos.

The Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2024 will be held inside the CASH Gymnasium.

Graduates:

Please be on campus by 6:00 p.m.
Designated group photos (you have been told if you’re involved with these) will be in the large cafeteria at 6:05 p.m.
Line-up will begin near the large cafeteria at 6:30 p.m.

Guests:

Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Seating is first come, first served. Please have your ticket to show at entry.
Overflow seating for those with tickets will be available in the auditorium to view the livestream.

Commencement begins at 7:30 p.m.
