Today, some of our High School Band students marched in a parade! Combining with Somerset Area School District Marching Band, our students marched in the 250th Celebration Parade in Somerset! Congratulations to Gabe, Madison, Ariya, Mariah, Gracie, and Malea on a great parade! Shout-out to Somerset Marching Band for having us join in the fun! 🎶

This past weekend, Turkeyfoot Valley had its first participant of the Ken Lantzy Marching Band! The students selected to be in this ensemble work hard to learn an entire marching show in just TWO DAYS and then perform at the annual Ken Lantzy Football Game! Congratulations to Gabe Barlow for being our first representative from Turkeyfoot! 🎶

As the end of the school year is right around the corner, we want to congratulate our new chapter of the Tri-M Music Honor Society! These students were recently invited to be our first membership and were inducted to recognize their efforts in bettering our music program at Turkeyfoot. Congratulations to all, especially our two seniors who will be moving on to bigger and better things in just a few short days!
Thank you to Mr. Phillian and the National Honor Society for letting us share the evening with you to honor these bright young students! ✨️

This past Sunday, our HS Drama Club took their yearly trip to see a musical! This year, students saw a performance of "Dear Evan Hansen" at the Geyer Theater. The Tony-Award winning show explored subjects of mental health and hope through the scope of a high school student's life.
Students particularly enjoyed the number "You Will Be Found", which was the song from our first Crankie with the Turkeyfoot Cranksters!

Our last performance of the school year! Today was Turkeyfoot's Annual Talent Show! Students in 3rd-12th grade showcased talents and acts that they prepared for our elementary school.
There was dancing, scooter tricks, comedy acts, singing solos and duets, instrumental solos and groups, and more! It is always great to see student creativity and growth every year and to see them SO supportive of each other! 💙 Congratulations to these talented kiddos on a great show! ✨️🎶

Today was PMEA District VI Songfest at Spring Cove School District! Our Turkeyfoot students had a fun festival with a wonderful concert to end the night! Congratulations to our RAMS on a great ending to our festival season! 💙🎶✨️
