Cloud County Community College Adult Education CCCC Adult Education helps individuals prepare for their GED, learn ESL, & develop work/life skills. (A nominal book/materials fee is charged.)

Adult Education (AE) is a local, state, and national program which provides classes designed to help students strengthen their educational, technological and workplace skills at no cost to the student who is 16 years of age or older and is not enrolled in school. Who Can Enroll in the Program? Anyone over 16 years of age who wants to:

Improve Math, Reading, or Writing skills
Prepare for the GED test & earn a Kansas State High School Diploma
Prepare for college or technical training
Improve computer skills/earn Technology certificates
Improve employment skills/earn WORKReady Credential

Classes are free of charge to those who qualify. There is a small materials fee and a fee for the GED Test. Students must participate in an orientation before attending classes. Orientations are held in early August, mid-October, early January, and mid-March. Classes are small and taught by well trained, credentialed teachers. Both daytime and evening classes are available in most subjects at three locations:

There are no classes Thursday or Friday, March 28 and 29. Faculty and staff are traveling to Concordia for an in-service Thursday and the college is closed Friday. Have a wonderful Easter weekend and we will see you back on campus Monday!

We have in person classes throughout the day, online classes to complete whenever you please and zoom classes at certain times throughout the day.

If you or someone you know is interested in enrolling, please come to both days of orientation on March 25 AND March 26. You can choose to come in the morning at 9:00am or in the evening at 5:30pm.
