Technology Education Concepts (TEC) is looking for a Hardware Service Support Technician to join our team!

📍 Location: Concord, NH (travel throughout New England required)
🕒 Status: Full-time (part-time options available)

For over 35 years, TEC has partnered with schools, universities, and commercial organizations across New England to deliver advanced manufacturing technologies like 3D printers, laser cutters, and digital fabrication equipment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with hardware and wants to build technical experience in a rapidly growing field.

🔧 What you'll do:
- Install and configure advanced equipment including 3D printers, laser systems, and large-format digital tools
- Travel throughout New England to provide on-site service, maintenance, and training
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and hardware systems
- Provide remote technical support via phone and email

🎓 Great fit for backgrounds in:
- Engineering Technology
- Robotics / Mechatronics
- IT or Technical Support
- Hands-on makers and hobbyists who love solving mechanical problems
