We are so honored to host a unique collaboration between virtuoso cuatro player Fabiola Méndez and master instrument builder William Cumpiano.
William Cumpiano is one of the most influential luthiers of the last half-century and co-author of the landmark book Guitar Making: Tradition and Technology. During this special event, several of his beautifully handcrafted instruments will be presented by the Guitar Museum of New England and played live by Fabiola to showcase their unique acoustic design and philosophy.
Come for the beautiful storytelling, stay for the jaw-dropping musicianship, and leave inspired by the preservation of a beautiful cultural tradition.
