Rundlett Middle School blue duke artist participated in the Peace Poster Contest sponsored by the Concord Lions Club. The Concord Lions Club is a local volunteer service organization that dedicates 100% of donated funds to charitable causes supporting vision, hunger relief, and community needs in New Hampshire.

For nearly four decades, the Lions International Peace Poster Contest has given children ages 11–13 the opportunity to share what peace means to them through art. Each year, Lions clubs around the world sponsor the contest in schools and youth groups, giving young people the chance to be recognized at both local and international levels for their creativity.

Thank you to all who participated in creating the fantastic artwork and congratulations to the third-place winner Gaige, Second place winner Ruby, and first place winner Jamie.

🛑 Lets keep our Students and Community Safe!

With school back in session, we would like to remind drivers about school bus safety.

🛑Drivers must give room and stop 25 ft. prior to a bus that is actively picking up or offloading children
✋Red lights mean STOP, no not pass
🚸Watch for children and use caution when proceeding
🚗Vehicles on BOTH sides of the road must stop, regardless of the number of lanes
🚨Drivers shall not proceed until red bus lights and stop signs cease flashing

Let's all do our part to keep children safe as they travel to and from school. 🚌 We know that everyone is busy getting where they need to go, but taking extra time to abide by these laws is safer for everyone.
