Throwback to our St. Patrick's Day Mystery Challenge! Students were given mystery items of a pot of gold. They were given the creativity and innovation to use these items however they could to capture a beautifully well crafted photograph. Take a look at their ideas!

The new trend on Instagram are creating flat lay photographs! Students experiment with this type of photographs and here are a few examples!

Over the past two days, we have had over 70 degree weather so Photo students and I took advantage of this opportunity to go outside.
As we learn the parts of the camera, students experimented with fast shutter speeds while changing the apertures and ISO settings on their cameras to create the perfect exposure. Take a look at some of their wonderful shots!

This semester, I tried something a little different in having my students use digital editing software to create surrealist images. Surrealism is based on a dreamlike sense or a figment of your imagination. Check out a few of their finished pieces!
