Weeell guys, I’ve been working on something.
And after all the starts and stops...I keep coming back to women in this stage of life. Lol.
(Peter Cetera and Cher fans, IYKYK. 😂)
Probably because... I am one.🤪
I’ve studied nutrition and wellness for years. I’ve coached women through it. I can talk protein, blood sugar, gut health, hormones and supplements all day long.
And I can ALSO stand in my kitchen at 6:00 staring into the refrigerator thinking, “What am I supposed to eat?”
Or wake up wondering why my ears itch now. (That's part of perimenopause!?!?)
Or be sitting peacefully beside someone I love and suddenly think, WHY IS EVERYONE CHEWING SO LOUD?!
Hormones? Stress? ADHD? Sleep? Nutrition? Midlife? Some ridiculous combination of all of it?
Welcome to the plot twist. 🔀
And it’s not like we’re lacking information.
Seriously. There is wellness information EVERYWHERE.
Eat this. Don’t eat that. Fast. Don’t fast. Fix your cortisol. Heal your gut. Balance your hormones. Lift weights. Walk more. Sleep eight hours.
Yep. I’ll get right on that... as soon as I remember why I walked into this room. 😑
What I’ve wanted for YEARS is something simpler.
A place where we don’t have to sort through 642 tabs, podcasts, reels, Pinterest and Google searches just to figure out what might actually help us TODAY.
OR take a 1200 week course for a gazillion dollars that we can't finish.
Maybe it’s 6:00 and you need help figuring out what the heck to eat.
Maybe you’re Googling “itchy ears perimenopause” at 2 a.m.
Mayybbee ... It's the fact that you can have your house on 65° and feel like your clothes are burning off your body.🥵
Maybe you’re exhausted and don’t need another complete life overhaul. You just need somewhere to start.
Or maybe you’re already doing a lot but could use fresh ideas, answers and support along the way.
So... I’m building it. 🛠️
A wellness community for women who want to feel better without turning “getting healthy” into another full-time job.
Because really, that’s the whole point.
We’re taking care of ourselves so we can feel better and actually LIVE and laugh a little too.
There is a whole lot of life left, sistah friend. 💖
