We’re raising $80,000 for outdoor recess equipment and improvements, to enhance classroom technology at both the Elementary and Primary schools, and to help reach our goal of bringing a digital marquee to the Primary School. When you sign up at MyBooster.com, your pack has the chance to head to !

✅Our 2nd Grade teachers had a visit from Dr. Drew Polly yesterday during their PLC to talk about strategies to help students with problem solving! Everyone walked away with new insights and ideas to continue to build student knowledge! 🎉

As our school year is rapidly approaching, we wanted to answer a few frequently asked questions about Kindergarten.

1. Staggered Entry - Kindergarten students will attend a full day of school (8:15-3:00pm) on one of the three days: August 12th, 13th, or 14th. All Kindergarteners will return on Tuesday, August 18th.

On your child’s Staggered Entry Day, parents are invited to check in at the front office between 7:45–8:15 AM (please remember to bring your ID). After check-in, you’ll be directed to one of our kindergarten classrooms, where your child will spend their day.

Following drop-off, parents are encouraged to attend a Parent Information Session in the cafeteria from 8:30–9:00 AM.

2. Kindergarten Open House - Kindergarten teachers will be reaching out to families to share teacher assignments on the morning of August 17th. Once you've heard from your child’s teacher, we invite you and your child to join us on Monday, August 17th, from 4:30-6:00 PM for our Meet the Teacher event.
We encourage you to bring your child’s school supplies with you that evening.

3. The Kindergarten Supply List can be found on our website-https://wrop.cabarrus.k12.nc.us/

4. If you haven't received your student's Car Rider Tag and/or Bus Pass, please stop by on Friday, August 7th from 8-3pm.
