Today was Third Grade’s Teacher Time, purchased at the auction! πŸŽ³πŸ• Mrs. Woerner, Mrs. Drobick, and Mrs. Chase treated the students to pizza and bowling, and a great time was had by all. Thank you to our amazing teachers for making it such a fun and memorable day!

Congratulations to our May VIP Award winners! πŸ†

This month, we celebrated the virtue of Magnanimity. More than simply being polite, magnanimity is choosing to lift others up, show grace when challenges arise, and bring joy and hope to those around us. It means treating others with dignity, leading with kindness, and reflecting God’s love through our actions.

We are proud of these students (and Ms.Thomas, our Kinder teacher) for living out this virtue each day and being such positive examples in our school community.

Our May Classroom Heroes are effective communicators capable of expressing themselves creatively, adding beauty to God’s world through their work. They have large souls and live with joy. They are our examples of generosity, magnificence, and magnanimity- seeking with confidence to do great things for God. These students add color and vibrance to our campus, making our school even more special, brightening the classroom with their presence.

A big thank you to all of our altar servers for serving our school community so faithfully this year. From Sunday Mass to school liturgies and special celebrations throughout the year, we are so grateful for the time, care, and dedication you brought to each Mass.

We appreciate your willingness to step up, set an example for younger students, and help make each celebration meaningful for our school community. We appreciate all of you! πŸ’•

Last week, we had the joy of welcoming back our graduating seniors for a special Alumni Event and walk down memory lane. It was a beautiful opportunity for our alumni to reconnect with teachers, staff, and the school community that helped shape their journey.

The seniors enjoyed lunch together as they shared memories and reflected on their time at SFA. They also spent meaningful time with our 7th and 8th graders, offering advice, encouragement, and wisdom about high school and the years ahead. Their words were thoughtful reminders of the strong foundation and values that begin here at Saint Francis.

Congratulations to the following students: Katie Girard, Jade Won, Nadya Mubaraki, Katalina Medina, Samantha Morimoto, Reagan Shelley, Soraya White, Sofia Perales, Dani Mullin, Lucy Guitron, Blake Ingersol, Joe Joe Ivankavish, Ryan Seto, Tristan Vogel, Anthony Garcia, and Will Watson! πŸŽ“

Our third graders received postcards from all around California β€” from Napa to San Diego β€” as part of their California history studies. πŸŒ΄πŸ“¬

Friends, relatives, and families shared what they love most about their cities and hometowns, helping bring the state to life for our students.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this very special project!
