The old preschool building is for sale. Many happy kids have learned and played inside of those walls! May the next owner enjoy the space as much as we have.

This 1930s property was once a firehouse and previously a recreation center. It has many possibilities.

Thank you to everyone for coming to the 55 year celebration on Saturday. It was great to see so many faces and see how much the kids have grown!! We had alumni from as far back as 2005! Many kids stayed for awhile to play while parents chatted, looked at old photo albums, and enjoyed the feast put together by Miss Katy and some of the parents.

It was so nice to be reminded of all the great ways the school has impacted families and to end on a positive note.

We were able to donate all of our materials to other local preschools, and I have been continually told how these items are being used every day for other preschoolers. In some regards the preschool continues to live on by helping other children learn and grow.

I have been blessed to be part of such a great community and I thank all of you for your time and commitment that you put into the school. A Cooperative needs everyone's help to run, and by stepping up, you chose to be a part of your child's education. Although the school is closed, the memories and the relationships will forever live on. Thank you for being a part of the ECCP family.

It has been difficult these last few months closing a school that has meant so much to so many people. In a way it is like a funeral as we lay to rest the physical being of the school. The wonderful part is that the spirit of ECCP will forever live on. Let's celebrate this spirit by getting together and talking about all of our wonderful memories, sharing pictures, hugging old teachers, and talking about how ECCP helped mold our children into who they are today.

We are planning to have our celebration in March and want to have as many alumni from as many years as possible. Please help spread the word! Once we secure a date, we will setup an invite on Facebook for RSVPs to get an approximate head count. We will also be looking for donations of food, decorations, etc. to make this a free evening. You can e-mail the school at [email protected] with any questions, feedback, contacts, donations, etc.
