Carondelet High School was founded in 1965 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet at the request of Bishop Floyd Begin, first bishop of Oakland. In the tradition of their congregation, the Sisters responded to the needs of the Church by establishing the only Catholic secondary school for young women of Contra Costa County.

For the last two weeks, Coach Dani Everson led the Strength and Conditioning Clinic at the Carondelet Athletics Complex with assistance from alumna Keshia Vitalicio ’24.
Incoming members of the Class of 2030 ran sprints, practiced chin-ups, and lifted heavy weights, while the 2nd–8th grade girls learned weightlifting basics and built up their cardio strength. 💪
