The Garden is a full service preschool and child care offering high-quaility responsive, respectful caregiving rooted in the philosophies of Reggio Emilia. We are conveniently located in Concord off Monument near the 680 freeway as well as Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill borders. We are open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday with varying schedules available to suit your needs.

We start by saying yes. Yes to digging in the dirt, yes to the questions they ask, yes to following their curiosity—because that’s where real learning happens. Safety and respect guide our boundaries, but within those, there’s room for everything their imagination can dream up. There is no single way to be a family. There is no single way to love, or to be loved. What matters is the warmth, the safety, and the joy that children feel when they're surrounded by people who cherish them — whatever that family looks like.
