🏎️ A CO2-Powered Race Car that they’ll put to the test on the final day!

Along the way, they’re learning how to safely use saws, sanders, drills, and other tools while bringing their designs to life. It’s the perfect mix of creativity, craftsmanship, and friendly competition!

🏆🎯 STATE CHAMPIONS! 🎯🏆

What an incredible weekend for De La Salle Clay Shooting! Our Spartans delivered an outstanding performance at the State Championship in Livermore, with the outcome coming down to our final squad on Sunday afternoon.

🥇 Varsity Team — 1st Place State Champions
🥈 JV Team — 2nd Place
🥉 Young Adults (YA) Team — 3rd Place

We couldn’t be prouder of these student-athletes for their focus, determination, and teamwork throughout the competition. To field three teams and see all of them finish on the podium is a tremendous accomplishment and a testament to the hard work put in all season long.

Congratulations to our shooters, coaches, and families on an unforgettable day for the Spartan Trap Team! 💚

Next stop: Nationals! 🇺🇸 The Spartans will head to Las Vegas in July to compete at the 2026 U.S. Open National Youth Clay Shooting Championship, where they’ll take on top competitors from across the country in trap, s***t, and sporting clays competition.

🎭🔪 What do you get when you mix a sweet sixteenth birthday party with a little mystery and mayhem? Bloody Sixteen, of course! 🎂😱

After two incredible weeks of creativity, collaboration, and theatrical fun, our Theater Camp campers took the stage this afternoon to perform Bloody Sixteen, an original production written entirely by the group! The play followed a sixteenth birthday celebration that took a delightfully dark turn when the party became... murderous. 👀🩸

From writing and rehearsing to bringing their characters to life on stage, these talented campers did an outstanding job every step of the way. Bravo to the entire cast and crew on a fantastic performance and a memorable end to an amazing two weeks! 👏🎬✨

🎯🏹 Bullseye! Archery Camp is in full swing this week at De La Salle!

Our campers are learning the fundamentals of archery, building focus, improving their aim, and discovering that hitting the target is a lot harder than it looks! 😅 From first-time archers to future Robin Hoods, it’s been a week filled with concentration, confidence, and plenty of arrows flying safely downrange.

Let’s just say the targets are getting a little nervous. 🎯😄

Our young athletes are learning the fundamentals of the game, building confidence, and developing championship habits at De La Salle’s Championship Football Camp and Future Stars Advanced Football Camp.

Since 1988, Championship Football Camp has helped thousands of players improve their skills through expert coaching, individual instruction, and the tradition of De La Salle Football. Meanwhile, our Future Stars campers are taking their game to the next level with advanced techniques and a roadmap for success both on and off the field. ⭐

🌿📸 Spartans making a difference—one project at a time!

We're excited to share that De La Salle's Honors Biology (from Fall '24) students are featured in this year's Save Mount Diablo calendar for the month of June! 🏔️💚

As part of the Honors Biology curriculum, students participate in the Diablo Conservation Experience (DCE), where they engage in habitat restoration, explore the natural beauty of Mount Diablo, and spend time reflecting on the importance of protecting our environment.

The experience doesn't end there. Students also complete an independent environmental service project, learning firsthand that even small actions can create meaningful change.

One student reflected:
"This experience taught me that even small actions, such as removing litter or documenting species, can make a meaningful difference. It also encouraged me to become more involved in environmental conservation efforts in the future."

We're proud of these young men for living out our mission through service, stewardship, and care for creation. 🌎✨
