🚀 Leadership is back in action! 💚

Last week, De La Salle leadership came together for a day of Leadership Training—reflecting, collaborating, learning, and preparing for the year ahead. It was great to see some familiar faces back on campus and get the team energized for another great year! 🙌

And now, we’re keeping that momentum going! 🎉 Today and tomorrow, all of our faculty and staff are back together for Professional Days as we prepare, plan, and get ready to welcome our Spartans back to campus. 🏫💚

The countdown is on… and we can’t wait to have the boys back where they belong! 💪🔥

Our Spartans spent part of their summer growing in faith, service, and leadership at the Young Lasallian Assembly! 🙏💚

Surrounded by fellow Lasallian students from across the San Francisco New Orleans District, they returned inspired to lead with compassion, build community, and make a positive impact at De La Salle and beyond. We're proud of these young leaders and our adult leaders! 👏✨

Another great day of House Leader Training is in the books! 🙌💚

This morning kicked off with a fast-paced game of Speed Co****le 🎯, bringing plenty of laughs, teamwork, and friendly competition before diving into another full day of leadership development.

Our House Leaders continued preparing to lead next week’s Maison Retreat and are building the skills they’ll use to mentor their House groups all year long. We can’t wait to see the impact these young men will have as they help every Spartan feel known, valued, and connected. 💪🏡

📣 Our House Leaders are back on campus! 💚

Over three days, these outstanding student leaders are preparing to serve as mentors, role models, and leaders for our Spartans during the second full year of the De La Salle House System.

The campus has been buzzing with leadership training, team-building, learning, and plenty of fun! 🙌 The day kicked off with a spirited game of Circle Up: Summer Activities Edition, where everyone shared what they were up to over the break. ☀️🌊🏕️ Then, after a full day of growing as leaders, they cooled off with an epic game of Waterball Dodgeball 💦—the perfect way to wrap up a hot summer day!

We’re so grateful for these young men and their willingness to lead with faith and integrity. Thank you, House Leaders, for investing your time and talents to help every Spartan feel known, valued, and connected. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to campus next week! 💚

🎺🥁 The sound of Spartan spirit is back on campus! 💚

Spartan Marching Band Camp is in full swing this week and next as our talented musicians prepare for another unforgettable season! 🎶☀️

Each morning, the band is out on the field perfecting their marching steps and formations. Then in the afternoons, it’s all about dialing in the game songs and adding the finishing touches to the cheers that keep the energy high all season long! 📣🔥

The De La Salle Marching Band is a huge part of what makes our student section—The Bounce House—one of the most electric game-day environments anywhere. Voted one of the best student cheering sections in the nation, the Bounce House wouldn’t be the same without the incredible sound and spirit of our band! 💚🤍

We can’t wait to hear them leading Spartan Nation all season long. Go Spartans! 💪🎶

This summer, our Spartans took part in the Young Lasallian Assembly (YLA) at Saint Mary's College, joining fellow students from across the San Francisco New Orleans District for a week rooted in faith, service, and community. 💚💛

Through prayer, reflection, learning, and a commitment to social justice, these young leaders grew in their Lasallian identity and returned inspired to make a difference both on campus and beyond. We are proud of the way they continue to live out our mission of faith, integrity, and scholarship. 🙏✨

🌸✨ One of our favorite things about summer on campus? Watching the flowers come into full bloom! 🌺🌿

The Inner Courtyard is looking especially beautiful these days, and it’s a wonderful reminder of what makes De La Salle such a special place. While we’re enjoying the peaceful campus now, it just isn’t the same without our Spartans.

We can’t wait to welcome the boys back in a few weeks so they can enjoy all of this beauty with us. 💚💛 Here’s to another incredible year just around the corner!
