Surprise visit from former students, Rose and Jeff (alongside Losi). They, along with Hoang and Judi were members of CKFA’s “Ice Pack Gang” back in the day. Wow, look at those stances! Again, you can take the student out of kung fu, but you cannot take kung fu out of the student.

We train for personal development and fitness through the martial arts. To achieve this we must learn how to set goals. Congratulations to these young students who set their goal to achieve another level towards their future goal of Black Sash! Setting goals is important to incorporate in your life.

Last installment of photos from the WWOC. The team brought home 5 Gold, 11 Silver, and 8 Bronze medals! Congratulations again to all the competitors. Congratulations to all the students and instructors who competed in the WWOC tournament this past weekend. It was our first time to participate in this event. Everyone came away with a good experience. They are all fired up to intensify their training to be prepared for next year and future competitions. Jia you!
