It’s easy to focus on wins, stats, and highlight reels—but at Right Choice Coaching, we believe the process matters more than the performance.

It may seem harmless to make a comment here or there about teammates who make frustrating mistakes, or lack certain skills. But kids are ALWAYS taking in what we say and making meaning from it. We can’t ask our own kids to brush off mistakes and not worry about judgement if they hear us judging others. We can’t tell them not to compare themselves to others if they hear adults doing just that.
